Return Policy
We at Heavenly Duvets and Linens strive to bring you the highest quality of comforters, pillow cases, bed sheets, linens and bathroom accessories at the best possible prices to you our loyal customer. You are the reason for our success.
Because of our extremly low prices all sales are final!
Except: All merchandise, however, is closely checked for quality control before it is shipped therefore, only if your product is defective upon arrival will we accept returns. You must notify us immediately upon receipt that you wish to send it back.
Sheets and linens must be in their original packages. Duvets comforters and pillow cases must also be in their original packages. We will make every attempt to replace a defective item. Only if replacement is not possible then a refund will be made.
If an item is returned due to an error on our part, i.e. We shipped the wrong item, we will pay all return shipping costs.
Please note items marked clearance are not eligible for returns or exchange.
ShippingShipping is FREE on orders of $150.00 or over, otherwise a flat fee of $7.95 applies. Canadians will be subject to GST, PST etc. charges at Customs. At the present we are shipping only to Continental USA and Canada, we hope to change this soon.
